AAOMS Dental Anesthesia Incident Reporting System (DAIRS) Report

Welcome to the AAOMS Dental Anesthesia Incident Reporting System (DAIRS)

The AAOMS Dental Anesthesia Incident Reporting System (DAIRS) is maintained by the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and administered through its clinical data registry, OMSQOR. The purpose of the self-reporting DAIRS is to collect and analyze anesthesia incidents in order to improve the quality of anesthesia care. Reporting is anonymous without any identifying information or reference number being retained.

All reports to DAIRS are maintained as privileged and confidential within AAOMS’s confidential module of the OMSQOR registry system. Reported cases may be selected for educational presentation, but will not include any identifiable patient or provider information.
